Why I decide to be a resilient learner
My goal is to write everyday, about any topic...as long as it will expand my knowledge and my reader's. Today, let me share with you why RESILIENCE is such a powerful word for a person who failed countless of times, almost about to give up, and yet never losing hope in overcoming obstacles. Here are some things why becoming resilient means a lot to me: 1. When I was in college, I transferred from one course to another, not knowing what I really want. I don't attend class. It took me 7 years in college when I should just have 4 years. 2. I thought I already learned in college, but when I started working on my first job...I seem to be slow in adapting to the culture and processes. When I reached my 6th month, I still can't seem to understand the system and to add, I just don't go to work to cover up for my mistakes. I almost got fired because of my mistakes and failures. Those experience should already make me resilient right? NO. 3. After my first job ...
